1. Introduction

Welcome to PiratesW. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PiratesW website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by PiratesW Ltd ("PiratesW," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PiratesW.

The Service is not available to residents of countries or jurisdictions where online trading of digital items is prohibited by law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep this information up-to-date.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Create a strong password and keep it confidential
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Log out from your account at the end of each session
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.2 Steam Account Integration

To trade CS2 skins on our platform, you may need to connect your Steam account. By connecting your Steam account, you authorize us to access and use certain information from your Steam account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You must comply with Steam's terms of service and agreements when using our Service. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam, and we do not represent or warrant that our Service is approved by or associated with Valve Corporation or Steam.

3.3 One Account Per Person

You may register and maintain only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all your accounts and forfeiture of any assets therein.

4. Use of Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal and non-commercial use.

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate PiratesW, a PiratesW employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the proper functioning of the Service

4.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the prohibited uses outlined above, you specifically agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate prices, markets, or trades on the platform
• Use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Service unless explicitly authorized by us
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service
• Harvest or collect user information, including email addresses, without users' consent
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, worms, or other malicious code
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information transmitted via the Service
• Trade or attempt to trade counterfeit, duplicated, or stolen items
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or features of the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in the immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of assets in your account, and potential legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by PiratesW, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6.1 License to Use Content

These Terms permit you to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as incidental to normal use of the Service
• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Service
• Access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the Service or any services or materials available through the Service

6.2 Trademarks

The PiratesW name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PiratesW or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of PiratesW. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6.3 User Content

You may be able to submit content to the Service, such as profile information, comments, or reviews ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights in and to the User Content you submit
• All User Content you submit complies with these Terms
• User Content is accurate and not misleading

We have the right to remove any User Content from the Service at our sole discretion.

7. Transactions

PiratesW facilitates the trading of CS2 skins and other digital items between users. By using our Service, you agree to the following transaction terms:

7.1 Trading Mechanics

We provide a platform for users to buy, sell, and trade digital items. When you list an item for sale or purchase an item, you are entering into an agreement with the other party involved in the transaction. We act as an intermediary to facilitate these transactions.

7.2 Item Ownership and Authenticity

You may only list items for sale that you legally own and have the right to transfer. You represent and warrant that all items you list for sale are authentic and not counterfeit, duplicated, or obtained through unauthorized means.

7.3 Trade Finality

All completed trades are final and cannot be reversed unless required by law or determined by us to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms. Once a transaction is completed, ownership of the traded items transfers to the respective parties.

7.4 Trade Holds and Reviews

We reserve the right to hold, review, or cancel any transaction that we suspect may be fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these Terms. During a review, assets related to the transaction may be temporarily unavailable.

7.5 Trade Disputes

If you believe a transaction was completed in error or fraudulently, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction. We will review the dispute and make a determination at our sole discretion.

7.6 Market Volatility

The market for digital items can be volatile, with prices subject to rapid fluctuations. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with trading in such a market. We do not guarantee the value of any item or that you will be able to sell your items at your desired price.

8. Fees and Payments

Using the Service may involve various fees and charges. By using the Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

8.1 Fee Structure

Our current fee structure is as follows:

• Trading Fee: 3% of the transaction value
• Withdrawal Fee (Skins): Free
• Withdrawal Fee (PayPal): 1.5% of the withdrawal amount
• Withdrawal Fee (Bank Transfer): 1% of the withdrawal amount
• Withdrawal Fee (Cryptocurrency): 0.5% of the withdrawal amount
• Currency Conversion Fee: 1% of the converted amount

We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to stay informed about the current fee structure.

8.2 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to handle financial transactions. By using our Service, you agree to comply with these payment processors' terms of service.

8.3 Taxes

You are responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to your transactions on the Service. We are not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transactions or for collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes arising from any transactions.

8.4 Balance and Withdrawals

You may maintain a balance in your account for future transactions. You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to our withdrawal policies and procedures.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes specified on our website, but we do not guarantee any specific processing time. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification and security checks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PiratesW, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to PiratesW for the Service during the period of 3 months prior to any cause of action arising.

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PiratesW expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that:

• The Service will meet your requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

9.2 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PiratesW, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof (collectively, "Disputes"), you and PiratesW shall first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting each other.

10.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a Dispute with us, you must first contact us through our support system, and we will attempt to resolve the Dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the Dispute within 30 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.

10.2 Binding Arbitration

If the Dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and PiratesW agree to resolve any Disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the United Kingdom, except that you may assert individual claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

The arbitration will be conducted in the English language and will take place in London, United Kingdom, or another location mutually agreed upon by the parties.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You and PiratesW agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

10.4 Governing Law

These Terms and any Disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

11.1 Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• You will lose access to your account and all features of the Service
• Any pending transactions may be cancelled
• You may forfeit any unclaimed balances or items in your account if termination is due to violation of these Terms
• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

12. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.

Material changes to these Terms will be effective 30 days after the "Last Updated" date. For changes that materially reduce your rights or increase your responsibilities, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or through a notification on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
